Radiation Hardened Devices

According to a demand from INPE, the goal of this project is the development of an integrated circuit (IC) which is able to interpret telecommand packets comming from earth stations. This IC consists on a mixed-signal device widely used in electronic embedded systems for satellites. This function is currently implemented by using several discrete components, demanding considerable area and adding significat weight to the satellite's platform when compared to a single IC. BACK
